The 2026 Basehor-Linwood softball team finished at the top of the United Kansas Conference, posting a 15–1 record and closing the season on a 15‑game winning streak. The Bobcats scored 174 runs while allowing only 28, putting together one of the strongest statistical seasons in the conference.
Seaman secured second place with a 13–3 record, leading the league with 199 runs scored and giving up 62. Lansing and Shawnee Heights both finished 11–5, with Lansing edging out Heights for third due to their season sweep over the Thunderbirds.
The 2026 UKC softball season highlighted the range of strengths and approaches across the conference, with each program contributing to a competitive landscape. Basehor-Linwood set the pace once again, retaining the conference title with a 15–1 record and a dominant run differential.
